VM-P paper & carton moisture meter is widely used in various types of rapid determination of paer moisture testing,such as: cardboard, paper, including (copy paper, fax paper, coated paper, newsprint, newspaper, cardboard, paper) pulp and kraft paper, corrugated paper, etc.
Notice:
1. When measuring, holding the lower part of the instrument, the body of the instrument and the object to be measured kept parallel,Let the instrument's three sensing probe gently pressed in the surface of the object to be measured.
2. Due to high frequency has a strong penetration,So when measuring If the surrounding metal can cause inaccurate measurement.And Please Let the Sensor away from metal material.
3. All of the three sensing probe must be touched with the object to be measured when testing.
4. When the display can not adjust within ±00.5,Please replace a new battery.If the problem isn't the power,Please turn open the battery cover, find the tail of zero knob, with a flat screwdriver to open a small hole in the potentiometer, the instrument zero in less than 00.5.
Operation steps:
①Put the Testing object thickness Over 50mm on the Desk Or Floor.
②Holding the lower part of the instrument, the instrument housing is substantially parallel to the object to be measured
③Gently press the instrument sensor above the object to be measured.
Then instrument will Show The Moisture Date.
