Turbidity meter means the degree that suspended solids in water impede the light through the water. The water contains dirt, dust, fine organic matter and microorganisms and colloidal substances in water can showing turbidity. Transmitter sends light waves in the transmission process of analyte absorption, reflection and scattering on the sensor, part of the transmitted light can be irradiated to the detector in the direction of 180 °, and some scattered to the detector in the direction of 90°. The received light intensity measured in the direction of 180 ° and 90 ° detector effluent turbidity relationship can be calculated by measuring the intensity of the transmitted and scattered light turbidity of the sewage.
